Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spread caramel corn onto a sheet tray in a single layer. Heat in oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute, just enough time to soften the caramel slightly.
Transfer warm caramel corn to a large bowl. Sprinkle with crushed and ground chipotle pepper. Toss to distribute evenly.
Serve in a large paper cone.
